Delivery costs depend on the items and destination. Mixed baskets may include more than one shipment cost. Check product information and review the combined delivery total at checkout before paying.
When will my order arrive?
Check the estimate for each product. If it starts from dispatch, processing or production time is additional. Different items may arrive separately. Ask us before ordering for a specific deadline.
How do I choose a size?
Use the product’s measurement chart. Measure your pet and compare with the stated range; weight or breed examples alone do not confirm fit. If a chart is unclear, ask us to confirm measurements before ordering.
How can I track an order?
