Size & Care Guide

Start with the measurements on the product page. Size names, weight bands and breed examples are approximate: two pets of the same weight may need different sizes.

Harnesses and collars

  1. Use a flexible tape to measure around the neck and the widest part of the chest.
  2. Compare with the chart for that exact product and variant. Follow its fitting instructions; different brands use different ranges.
  3. If the chart is missing, unclear or your measurement is between sizes, ask us before ordering. Do not guess from weight alone.
  4. After fitting, check that your pet can move and breathe comfortably and cannot slip out. Introduce new equipment gradually indoors and supervise.

Beds and carriers

Measure your pet in their usual resting position and compare with the usable internal space, not just the outer dimensions. For a carrier, also confirm the maximum carrying weight and space to stand, turn and lie comfortably. Contact us if those limits are not stated.

Play and grooming

Choose toys appropriate to your pet’s size and play style, supervise use, and remove damaged items. Follow each grooming tool’s instructions and stop if it causes discomfort. Ask a qualified groomer or vet when unsure about coat or skin suitability.

Care after purchase

Follow the item’s care label for washing and drying. Inspect seams, clips and attachment points regularly. Replace damaged equipment; no toy or accessory is indestructible.
